Outstanding total social financing fell 46.7 percent year-on-year to CNY 659.9 billion in May of 2016, the lowest in seven months. Loans to Private Sector in China averaged 8219.59 CNY HML from 2002 until 2016, reaching an all time high of 34253 CNY HML in January of 2016 and a record low of -974 CNY HML in October of 2005.
